A 2 Boot Walk. Inspired by the work of Raymond Williams, this walk and talk will look at the social history and use of some of the common species and landscapes of the Black Mountains. After meeting and an introduction at the main car park in Talgarth we will walk up past the former Mid Wales Hospital, through the fields on footpaths, to the edge of Rhos Fach Common on the Black Mountains. We will return via PwllYrWrach woods.
