An evening of quality local food & entertainment hosted by Billy & Emma Trigg at their ‘Trigg’s at the Mill’ restaurant championing the best local produce and cooking with the seasons.
The food will be a choice of meat or veggie/vegan pie with roasted garlic mash, seasonal greens and proper gravy! A pay bar will be available.
The evening will start with the launch by Beverley Thornley of her new book about the Afon Llynfi - “Notes on a River - Afon Llynfi”.
Join us for an evening of great food, entertainment and atmosphere.
We would encourage bookings to guarantee a table. Trigg’s at the Mill is highly rated and very popular; the event is expected to sell-out quickly. Arrivals on the night without a booking will be accomodated only if there is room on a first-come, first-served basis.
